ATM and Debit Cards

ATM Card

With our Express ATM Card, you have instant access to your money 24 hours a day at any ATM displaying the Presto!, Star and CU 24 logos. Use your card to withdraw cash, transfer funds, and even pay for goods and services at point-of-sale terminals at participating merchants. You can withdraw up to $200 per day from your Savings or Express Checking Account.

Debit Card

With our VISA Debit Card, you have access to your money 24 hours a day at any ATM displaying the Presto!, Star, CU24 and Cirrus logos. Use your card to withdraw cash, transfer funds, and even pay for goods and services at point-of-sale terminals or any merchant displaying the VISA logo. Just present your VISA Debit card and the amount of your purchase will be deducted from your PriorityONE checking account. You will be issued a receipt so you can record the debit amount in your checkbook. You won't need to carry checks. Plus, you'll enjoy worldwide acceptability as you use your card to pay for purchases anywhere VISA is accepted.

Your new CHIP/EMV Debit Card will arrive in the mail soon!

Each month around the 15th of the month, PriorityONE Credit Union will begin transitioning our Debit Cards to CHIP/EMV cards.  Starting October 15, 2016 we will re-issue CHIP/EMV cards to all debit cards that have an expiration month of November for the years 16, 17, and 18, and the new CHIP/EMV cards will expire during the month of November 2019.  Cards expiring in December and each month after that will follow the same process.

When you receive your new CHIP/EMV debit card it will have a new card number and your old mag stripe card number will be closed out (disabled) automatically on the last day of the month.  Please be sure to activate your new CHIP/EMV debit card promptly and destroy your old card to avoid any transactions being denied.

Card Self-Service or PIN-by-Phone: A Toll-Free Number for Card Activation and PIN Service has arrived at PriorityONE.  Card Self-Service is a 24x7 Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system cardholders call to activate their new, re-issued or replacement debit cards.  Cardholders also have the convenience of being able to use the IVR to select or change their personal identification number (PIN).  Card Self-Service is safe, secure and immediate, is available round the clock from the telephone number on the membership account record.  All you need to do is call 1-800-757-9848 and correctly answer a set of simple questions to authenticate the cardholder ownership.

Visa Purchase Alerts:  To enhance your debit card security and help protect your card from fraud, PriorityONE Credit Union recognizes the importance and benefits of card alerts.  To receive Visa Purchase Alerts, cardholders can sign up on Visa.com.  Once enrolled, cardholders can establish specific alert triggers.  Anythime a qualified Visa transaction takes place that meets the cardholder's defined parameters, he or she receives an alert in seconds via email.  Triggers can include: individual transaction amount thresholds, international transactions, card-absent transactions, such as telephone or online orders.
