Spoofed Phone Calls: In an attempt to obtain sensitive information, fraudsters are using spoofing technology to make phone calls appear to be coming from a legitimate business. The fraudster claims that a fraudulent charge is on your account and then ask you to confirm your identity. PriorityONE will never initiate a call or text asking for your online login credentials, debit card, PIN, codes received or account number. If you have any doubts about the validity of a phone call, hang up and call us at 954-335-5100, Option 2.

Contactless Debit Cards

Our new Visa debit cards are contactless! Get ready for faster checkout and enhanced security.

Here’s how to use a contactless card:

  • At checkout, look for a wave-like symbol on the payment terminal.
  • If the terminal has the contactless image, you can tap your card on the symbol. If not, insert or swipe your card.
  • You may still need to enter a PIN or sign for the contactless transaction, depending on the merchant.
  • Once you get a payment approval, you’re all set to go.
