Spoofed Phone Calls: In an attempt to obtain sensitive information, fraudsters are using spoofing technology to make phone calls appear to be coming from a legitimate business. The fraudster claims that a fraudulent charge is on your account and then ask you to confirm your identity. PriorityONE will never initiate a call or text asking for your online login credentials, debit card, PIN, codes received or account number. If you have any doubts about the validity of a phone call, hang up and call us at 954-335-5100, Option 2.

Shared Branching

Credit unions have joined together and created Shared Branching locations around the country to allow a participating credit union member to conduct most of their business as if they were in their own credit union office. By sharing branches, credit unions can offer greater convenience for members to access their accounts in many more locations. The following services may be available to you, at Shared Branches throughout the United States and overseas:

  • Cash checks and make deposits
  • Cash and Check Withdrawals
  • Make loan payments
  • Make transfers within their credit union accounts
  • Purchase Money Orders, Travelers Checks, and Official Checks (not available in all locations)
  • Obtain cash advances and balance inquiries
  • Statement Print of account history (last 10 transactions)
