Use your card to withdraw cash, transfer funds, and even pay for goods and services at point-of-sale terminals or any merchant displaying the VISA logo. Just present your VISA Debit card and the amount of your purchase will be deducted from your PriorityONE account. You will be issued a receipt so you can record the debit amount. You won't need to carry checks. Plus, you'll enjoy worldwide acceptability as you use your card to pay for purchases anywhere VISA is accepted.

Card Self-Service or PIN-by-Phone: A Toll-Free Number for Card Activation and PIN Service has arrived at PriorityONE. Card Self-Service is a 24x7 Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system cardholders call to activate their new, re-issued or replacement debit cards. Cardholders also have the convenience of being able to use the IVR to select or change their personal identification number (PIN). Card Self-Service is safe, secure and immediate, is available round the clock from the telephone number on the membership account record. All you need to do is call 1-800-992-3808 and correctly answer a set of simple questions to authenticate the cardholder ownership.
Visa Purchase Alerts: To enhance your debit card security and help protect your card from fraud, PriorityONE Credit Union recognizes the importance and benefits of card alerts. To receive Visa Purchase Alerts, cardholders can sign up on Visa.com. Once enrolled, cardholders can establish specific alert triggers. Anytime a qualified Visa transaction takes place that meets the cardholder's defined parameters, he or she receives an alert in seconds via email. Triggers can include: individual transaction amount thresholds, international transactions, card-absent transactions, such as telephone or online orders.
